Travel to Boquete by car
Leaving Panama-City, go west and cross the Bridge of the Americas and just head straight on the Pan-American Highway for about 6 hours. When entering the City of David you will find a sign on the right hand side pointing Boquete.
Take a turn to the right and from their it will take you from the just renovated road to Boquete in about 30 minutes. Click here to find a detailed route instruction provided by Google Maps. The distance from Panama-City to Boquete is almost 481 kilometers (about 300 miles).

Travel to Boquete by bus
Departing from Panama-City? Take the bus from Albrook Bus Terminal to David Bus Terminal. Buses leave when they are full, normally between 1 hour and 1 and half hour starting from 5:30am in the morning until 11pm in the evening. When arriving in David at the terminal, you have to take another bus to Boquete. Those buses leave every 30 minutes from 6am in the morning until about 10pm in the evening.
The total travel time from Panama-City to Boquete by bus is about 8 hours.

Travel to David by plane (and additional transportation to Boquete)
Air Panama is the only airline that provides direct flights from Albrook Airport (Aeropuerto Marcos A. Gelabert- Edific. Terminal) to the airport of David (Aeropuerto Enrique Malek). You can make a reservation online at http://www.airpanama.com or by giving a call at: +(507) 316-9000. They have flights going to and coming from Panama-City 3 to 4 times a day.
From David Airport to Boquete expect a drive from about 40 minutes.You can rent a car at the airport of David, take a taxi to Boquete or take a taxi from the airport to the bus terminal of David and from there take a direct bus to Boquete.
